We provide you with a free consultation, determine a suitable depth and diameter of the well, assign the necessary equipment and settle the commencement date for digging works.

We sign a contract online, in our office or at the location of your facility, providing an advance payment in the amount of 100% of equipment cost.

Next we arrange a delivery of the equipment and construction materials. Well installation works then proceed according to the contract. (A sample of the contract).

We sign an acceptance act for the works executed under this contract. You receive a technical passport for purchased water well as well as all necessary warranty certificates for purchased materials and equipment. (A sample of the certificate ).

A full payment for provided services will be effected within three days after the signing of the acceptance act.

Wells are usually dug by hand without using any special oversized equipment. The cost of a well digging is determined by the digging depth and the overall complexity of the set of work provided, including ground excavation, installation of pipes, soil removal, etc.

Unlike the water boreholes, water wells are energy-independent and free water sources. That means that no juridical permission is needed for a well installation. It should be noted that water wells in the Moscow area are dependent on the seasonal conditions and can be drained completely. If that happens, it would take some time for a groundwater level to rise again.

The quality of well water is affected by the geographical location of a given land plot. Drinking water of the highest quality can be obtained from wells dug in the northern areas of the Moscow region. Aquifers in these areas are protected by the layers of clay and loam.
